Yoga Class

Our complimentary low impact Hatha Yoga class is back (reservation required, contact hotel for more details). This weekly 45 min class is the perfect way to maintain a healthy habit. Rachel, our instructor, focuses on breath, whether taking you through strength or cardio flow, she believes in finding stillness through breathing. No room for a yoga mat in your luggage? No problem, everything you need is included as part of the class.
