Simply select from their new collection "Blu", a series of hand picked scents created specifically for our guests needs, and your favourite scent will be waiting in your room upon arrival. 

When Fern & Petal founder, Katie Derrick, was having trouble finding quality, natural wellness products made in Vancouver, she decided to take matters into her own hands. Fern & Petal’s essential oils and bath products are pure and created with all-natural ingredients, with no fragrances, dyes, or synthetic preservatives. The family-run business crafts everything by hand — so you know exactly what goes into the products — and bottles them right here in the city. Essential oil aromatherapy has a huge range of benefits and can help alleviate stress, soothe headaches, act as a sleep aid, or provide a mental boost. Fern & Petal's exclusive collection, found only at Hotel BLU, features four new scents, offering everything from a burst of energy in the morning to a relaxing sleep at night.
 
And, along with creating amazing oils, Fern & Petal is committed to sustainability; with every product purchase, they donate $1 to plant a tree in Canada. As an eco-friendly hotel, we are proud to partner with another Vancouver based company dedicated to slowing climate change. An integral focus at Hotel BLU, our green practices include a carbon neutral entire second floor run on Bullfrog Power® green electricity, low-flush toilets in all of our deluxe rooms, suites, and two-story lofts, no plastic water bottles on the premises, and steam cleaning services.
