Neighbour hoods

Hotel BLU is right in the middle of Vancouver's downtown action. Just moments away from our prime Robson Street location is the trendy neighbourhood of Yaletown. This polished neighbourhood boasts fine dining venues, chic nightclubs, glamorous yachts, antique shops and charming coffee spots.

Just a few blocks further, Granville Street's buzzing entertainment district is where you'll find pubs, restaurants, fast food joints, nightclubs, vintage clothing shops and the Orpheum Theatre, which hosts a variety of theatre performances and musical concerts throughout the year.

The beautiful beaches, gardens and parks of the West End, including the famous Stanley Park Seawall, are a short taxi ride away (or longer walk), while historic Gastown with its famous Steam Clock, cobblestones and one-of-a-kind galleries is a ten-minute stroll from our property. Don't want to spend money on taxis or walk? Vancouver's local transit system makes it very easy for you to explore the city and its many neighbourhoods in just one day.
