With flexible conference rooms, meeting and event space, state-of-the-art audio visual equipment, catering options and first-class technology, Hotel BLU is the perfect choice for private functions, corporate retreats and eco-friendly board meetings.

Not all Vancouver meetings rooms or hotel meeting rooms come with top-of-the-line technology, a business centre, and eco-friendly business practices like Hotel BLU does. When it comes to successful events, meetings at Vancouver hotels, our downtown boutique hotel has it all.

Our Venues

Our bright and airy conference room has over 860 square-feet of space with large windows that invite natural light. There is a 15-foot built in screen with projector and Apple TV for Mac users. This room can seat up to 60 people in theatre style and 30 people in boardroom, hollow square and u-shape layouts.

Make an impression when you plan a meeting in our remarkable "floating glass" Pacific Boardroom. Our boardroom features a blue blown-glass table, views of both Cambie and Robson Streets, seating for 14 people, 75" Samsung SMART TV, and built-in connectivity hubs - ideal for strategy, budget and small board meetings.

Audio Visual

No meeting would be complete without state-of-the-art audio visual. Hotel BLU includes basic audio visual with your meeting package as part of our service to you. Both of our venues are fully equipped with screens, projectors, and Apple TV. VGA and HDMI cables are also provided. Additional audio visual equipment includes flip charts, white boards, and speaker phones.

Please note: There is also a sound system in the conference room that works perfectly for presentations and movies. MAC users should bring adaptors.

Business Centre

Located on the second level, Hotel BLU offers guests access to our 24-hour business centre. It features two computers with printers, making it easy to perform most business tasks. If you're looking for a break, make a Nespresso and work on your laptop. Our business centre is supplied with basic office amenities including staplers, paper clips, pens, paper and more.

Corporate Clients

Sign up for a Corporate Account today so we can welcome you to the Hotel BLU family! To be eligible for a corporate membership, we require a minimum booking of 10 room nights or more per year. Please note that corporate rates apply for individual reservations only and do not apply to groups or meetings of five or more rooms per night.
